If for some reason it is more convenient for you to book the hotel room after having registered for the congress it is still possible to book and achieve the favourable congress rate.

Tivoli Hotel is a fabulous theme hotel, fitted and furnished in modern design. The architect has delivered a stunningly magnificent building for Copenhagen uniquely located within walking distance of Tivoli Gardens and City Hall Square.
Standard amenities for hotel guests include complimentary access to the sauna and swimming pool, and the ultra modern fitness centre.
Tivoli Hotel ‘s 402 elegantly furnished rooms, some decorated with a mere hint of the Tivoli theme, opens in the summer of 2010. Tivoli Hotel carries the Green key environmental protection certificate. There is free wireless internet. Tickets for Tivoli Gardens are included in the stay.

Wakeup Copenhagen is is a newly opened hotel located in the heart of the city within walking distance of Tivoli Gardens, City Hall Square, the pedestrian shopping streets and the waterfront.
Wakeup Copenhagen is a cool, modern, inexpensive hotel stylishly functional in design by Kim Utzon. Architecturally splendid, its many exceptional features make the new hotel a totally unique spot, comparing well with many of the city’s 3-star and 4-star establishments, although coming in pricewise at the 2-star bracket.

Deposit, cancellation and changes:
Reservations of hotel rooms must be backed up by a deposit payment. The deposit serves as a guarantee to the hotel for the first night and will be deducted from the participants’ hotel bill upon check-out.
In case of cancellation or changes: Before the 12th of March, the deposit will be refunded, between the 12th of March and the 26th of April, the deposit will only be refunded if DIS Congress Service is able to allocate the room to another guest. After April 26th, no refund of hotel deposit will be made. Please note that in case of cancellation all hotels are legally authorized to charge the entire stay as booked by the customer also in case of no-show.
All changes must be made to DIS Congress Service in writing and not to the hotel.
All bookings will be made on a first-come first served basis after receipt of hotel deposit, as long as DIS has rooms available. |
