The following items are included in the participant fee:
Attendance at all sessions, final programme, abstract book, lunches, coffee/tea in breaks during conference days, and reception at the City Hall of Copenhagen on 14 May.

On-site Registration
Participants must register at the Registration Desk at Tivoli Congress Center upon arrival at the Conference. Please remember to bring your confirmation of participation.

Sunday: 13 May 08:00 – 19:00 hrs.
Monday: 14 May 08:00 - 16:00 hrs.
Tuesday: 15 May 08:30 - 16:30 hrs.
Wednesday:16 May 08:30 - 15:30 hrs.

Workshops
There will be 6 workshops in the morning and 6 workshops in the afternoon. The subjects will be announced later. You can register for the workshops when registering for the conference or send an e-mail to HYPERLINK "mailto:participants@discongress.com" participants@discongress.com at a later stage. The price for ½ day workshop is € 100.

IMPORTANT: Please remember to state INORMS and participant’s name on all money transfers to the Conference Secretariat.

If you have made a late payment, please bring copy of payment to the congress.

Terms and Conditions:

Confirmation
If the Congress Secretariat receives the completed registration form before 10 May, 2012, a written confirmation of registration will be e-mailed to the Congress participant upon receipt of registration fees. All registrations received after 10 May will be processed on site and will not release a written confirmation. Registration made after 10 May may lead to minor delays at the registration desks in connection with the issuing of documentation and settlement of accounts. Please remember to bring your proof of payment for presentation upon request.

It is your personal responsibility that all details such as address, booked events, number of tickets, hotel reservation, date of arrival and departure, etc. are in accordance to your wishes. We therefore strongly recommend that you read and check the letter of confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors. In the event of any errors in the confirmed, please contact DIS Congress Service in writing immediately.

Cancellation of participation (a written request is mandatory)
Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the Conference will have their paid fees refunded less a processing fee of DKK 400 (accompanying person DKK 100) provided written notice of non-attendance is received by the Conference Secretariat before 1st March, 2012. All refunds will be processed after the Conference. If cancellation is made after 1st march, 2012 no refund of fee can be expected. However it is possible to change the name on the registrations for free.
